Stu did an interview with 2 MS stem cell patients. Please listen, and leave a comment on his Facebook page, He's very interested in stem cell therapy, so let's encourage him to do more interviews and investigation!

Re: Interview with patients treating MS with stem cell
For the record, I signed the petitions advocating against the FDA etc.
I'm sorry to say this, but I find the way everyone is going about it to be too wimpy.
We're going through hell & the authorities are fighting with FIRE!
Fire must be fought with fire (actually "ire") to make an impact.
IMO the reason the advocacy groups aren't making headway, is because of limiting your campaign to being courteous and official. But that just fades into the staticky wallpaper nowadays.
Hardly anyone is interested in long speeches these days!
Instead - go with bumper stickers and a catchy jingle.
I have an idea for the former, but it requires a contemporary songwriter to drum out something similar to Folgers or Kit-Kat jingles.
Interested?

Reachable via PM. Seems I have Higbee's HSII on ThisIsMS. Frustrated by MSers, FMers, Lymers & Prematurely-Aged-By-EMFers who prefer cryptic jargonian Systems Vs. Intuitive empirical experience. Don't simple truths count for anything anymore?
Re: Interview with patients treating MS with stem cell
A catchy jingle or slogan would be great!

Re: Interview with patients treating MS with stem cell
OK, i'm an amateur (just started on paint.net) but here ya go...
bumper-sticker - stem_cells:
bumper-sticker - free_energy_stem_cells:
(note how I edited the above pic from previous posting, but it's still not yet professional. Does anyone know a graphic artist who is purely pro-patient rights? Meaning - an advocate for whatever it takes for genuine body-repair & reversing aging? Cuz I have a whole series of ideas, not just this stem cell sticker. But I'm not a graphics pro and my EMF sensitivity makes it much much harder to learn graphics. It's a Catch22.)
Now go find a creative composer, the likes of Folgers in your cup.
Provide them with the above bumper-sticker for inspiration.
...Their next step is - they go on LSD & voila! Instant catch tune.
Advertise it enough times on YouTube, Coast2Coast radio, whatever.
Then everyone's Subliminal conditioning kicks in.
(Even die-hard gung ho conservatives)
BTW, I was undecided whether to stick Big Pharma in there - instead of "them cellves"

Re: Interview with patients treating MS with stem cell
Very Nice Miri! It is great to boil down a complex situation into a single statement.
Here's the details we pulled together on the conflicts on interest slowing access to adult stem cell therapy, but you've summed it all up in one image!

Re: Interview with patients treating MS with stem cell
Miri, can I clip out the bottom half that is just about stem cells, and post it on http://www.facebook.com/PatientsForStemCells
What attribution would you like, how about "A contribution from a Patient For Stem Cells"
Then you can make comments on that page too about your view on lack of access to this life saving therapy.
Thanks for helping to get the word out there!

Re: Interview with patients treating MS with stem cell
Sammy Jo, I can't believe I'm finally dialoging with someone on this board!
Your link is VERY informative to laypeople - especially the 3D cubic bar chart!
I read your questions but before getting to them, first, I feel some background is in order.
Also, please bear with some delays responding (due to electrosensitivity, plus personal life issues to attend constantly)
Some background:
Years ago, in 2011, I'd researched then later printed text from THISISMS including your informative dialog with George Goss. Prior to that, for decades, I was in a whirling dervish cycle of researching fibromyalgia, then later, dental-mercury, and electrosensitivity (I was especially impressed by Dr.Robert Becker's quite "ancient" books wherein he cited his studies with stem cells before the term stemCells was even bandied about!)
It was Becker's genious which most enlightened me re: stem cells, leading me to read the books Stem-Cells Now, Proteus Effect & more.
I was especially burned up by the one discussing the politics behind it all.
I was also ongoingly consumed with personal/family issues, geriatric parents, etc.
Now what I cannot understand is:
Instead of organizing PRO-ACTIVELY with concrete goals which could resolve ALL our issues, most chronically ill people for more than a decade (on the Net) have favored repetitive litanies of whichever so-holy therapies/ISTS have helped them. Often the litanies were/are filled with jargon parroted from ONE-SIZE-FITS-MOST Medical & Nutritional Tomes
That's the reason it's crucial to SUBLIMINALLY wake everyone up through Audio Visual effects. ENOUGH WITH MONOTONOUS MANTRA'S! Can't the chronically-ill community understand that's not what galvanizes most Americans?
(if you see some of my other posts on ThisIsMs, you'll see why I'm tearing hair out.)
Now re: my bumper sticker - note that it's AS YET - HALF-BAKED.
for example, in Paint.Net - how to paint the StemCells to match the color of the coins?
Also:
It requires group creativity (are there creative types in the MS community)?
Like how about sticking the word "Big Pharma" somewhere in the sticker?
How about collaborating on a jingle?
Or recruiting a hot-shot singer?
Perhaps adding this silly rhyme - or do you have something better??
(Pic. of REAL MARIJUANA Vs.
<== mix this Wimpy pile with Gold Coins mixed in
It's not about our red-hot pain
It's all about their hot-shot gain
We need to think hard how to campaign.
I can't go public, but I can offer a few ideas & [limited] creativity.
What could really launch things, is a tear-jerker video.
Imagine a hot singer rendering:
We're in a fire - filled with pain that's unreLEN-N-NTting.....
we're filled with IRE - due to blah blah blah blah blah blah
...then the refrains can be borrowed from the bumper sticker:
...I.E. greed for wealth / drive for power / hot-shot gain / whatever...
If you're asking: Why include freenergy driving-power on a StemCell Sticker?
Answer - you gotta include something that MOST relate to not just us
...that way we may have more chance of getting understood - comprende?
