I know this is an MS forum and not for ALS but still it's good to see human trials using stem cells move forward as Neuralstem announced that they will start the first ever human stem cell trial for ALS in the USA at Emory University Atlanta starting Jan 20th 2010.

I hope they are successful in the Phase-I and future trials as many neurological diseases may possibly utilize stem cells as a future treatment.
