But I'll comment, anyway, even not having read the article (you know I would!!!):

I think the management team DOES need strengthening. I'd go so far as to suggest a swift kick or three up certain backside(s).

The stock has been climbing nicely for quite awhile now; at a certain point on that scale, the movers and shakers should have been ready with a program to further "getting this show on the road."

I think we're long overdue for aggressive action on this product. If those in charge can't move forward and get Tovaxin furthered in clinical studies and onto the market, it's time to replace them with those who can!
