As a former IIb trial participant who believes in the medication, I hope that they get it approved somehow, some way. If going the progressive MS route is the way to go, then I'm for it. Obviously, folks saddled with that disease progression also need all the help that they can get. I assume this is a way for Opexa to avoid the pitfalls of the last trial. Getting "sicker" patients in will likely more clearly delineate effectiveness in the vaccine arm vs. placebo arm.

I'll be watching and hoping and pulling for the trial participants as well. Good luck and thanks, gang, whoever you turn out to be. :smile:
