You are correct sir,

The one debacle I described a few posts back about the FedEx guy delivering my stuff to the general dock and not right to the office was how I found out how sensitive (or maybe it's just to keep w/in protocol) this stuff is. If we could not locate the boxes (there was another trial participant awaiting her dose the same day) by noon, we could not receive the dose since it would have "expired". I don't know if that's when the refrigerated packs would wear out, or the drug would expire, but I do know it was a big deal to "get us dosed" by noon of that day.

The doses get delivered in a regular FedEx truck, but the packs are in the box, so they don't get transported in a refer. truck.

Well Bob, the blizzard happened here but I didn't get the "meet you halfway" offer. I was supposed to be injected today but my coordinator indicated that before Saturday would be OK. I am going to make an attempt tomorrow. I hope it is all in keeping with protocol.
