Hi everyone - I'm a 24 year old female and last November I had a week where I suffered from headaches. They were pretty mild but I went to my doctor and she sent me for an mri. Head mri came back fine but showed a cervical spine lesion. Since then I've three other mri's, all confirming just one nonactive cervical spine lesion. I've been to three neurologist, all of whom have conducted neurological exams and are finding nothing wrong. Had blood work done, also was fine. My last appointment with my doctor was in early January and up to that point, I had no symptoms. The day after my doctor's appointment my bladder started feeling strange. I started feeling like I wasn't urinating as much as used to in the morning and I started experiencing a little bit of leakage throughout the day. I'm not having accidents but every so often I feel a little big come out. I have no urge and no increased frequency. I went to a urologist and he basically told me that my symptoms were probably just in my head. I was hoping it was going to be an infection because at least that can't be caused by the lesion. I've been having these issues for about a month now so I'm thinking it's caused by the lesion that was found or by a new one. My next mri isn't until the end of March. So I was just wondering has anyone had a similar situation to this?
I sometimes feel tingles around my body but they usually last only a few seconds, could this be a symptom too? I do think I'm paying a lot closer attention to what's going on with my body now and am noticing a lot more things. Every single time something feels off, I start to think its a symptom.
So I'm just looking for some thoughts and guidance on what could be going on.

Re: looking for thoughts and opinions
Welcome to TIMS. Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Were the neurologists you saw MS specialists?
Re: looking for thoughts and opinions
Yes, the last doctor I saw is the head doctor at a Multiple Sclerosis Comprehensive Care Center in a nyc hospital.

This is unfortunately not unusual when a doctor is stumped. You obviously have 'something'. My suggestion, until you have a definitive diagnosis, move forward and take every possible non-medical action you can - improve your diet, exercise regularly, take supplements such as a good multi vitamin, D3 in high doses, CoQ10, Omega 3, and a good B complex to name a few, and lifestyle changes (remove all stresses from you life).
