Thank you and goodbye for awhile

When I was first diagnosed with MS in August of '03, I was stunned but immediately wanted to know everything about MS and MS treatment options. So I immersed myself in MS like most of you did, pretty much all-MS, all the time; constantly seeking information, and always willing to share it.

Learning about MS, for me, was an ongoing project that consumed a lot of my time and some real effort, but it was worth it. I went through nightmarish experiences with Avonex and later Copaxone, and learned enough about the $$ behind endorsements and MS treatment recommendations to make me very cynical about the CRABs in general, about most MS docs, and about the NMSS in particular.

Then I found this site, and this is where I first learned about LDN. I'll never be able to thank you enough for that. I started on LDN on February 10th, and within 4 weeks, it had undeniably "kicked in" and I was feeling spectacular. And I still am! I feel like I never had MS. Endorphins rock!

I don't know how long this will last, but I'm not going to waste it; I'm going offline and back out there into LIFE, catching up on some of the things I neglected when I felt so puny, like people, places, and wildflowers, to name a few.

So basically I'm writing to say THANK YOU, very very much, and Goodbye, at least for awhile. I have stuff to do, and I was getting pretty sick of wallowing in MS all the time anyway. I've unsubscribed from all MS mailing lists and everything else dealing with MS.

Good luck to all of you. If you don't hear from me, it's because I'm still doing great, and am still busy living
