Escitalopram provides symptom relief for patients with MS/MD

Treatment with escitalopram appears to be an effective therapy for patients who have multiple sclerosis (MS) and comorbid major depressive disorder (MDD), researchers suggested at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
