Poor circulation and cyanosis affecting the extremities

I know that many people with ms have poor circulation to their extremities. For the past 11 years (starting at the age of 18 ), I have had really poor circulation to my extremities. If I get a cut on my toes, it just no longer heals (which could be dangerous). In the winter, my hands will stay red for weeks or months and my feet will stay red or have a tint of blue for weeks or months. I do not have the types of attacks seen in raynaud's syndrome
In the winter, I get cyanosis and little wounds on the tip of my toes and to a much smaller extent, the tip of the fingers (and some of my toes do not heal - even in the summer). At the onset, many years ago, I was worried about connective tissue diseases and I was tested for many different things but all my test results were normal. My ANA (Anti-Nuclear Antibody) has always been negative. I was also told I do not have raynaud's syndrome. After not really thinking about this too much in the past few years, I have an appointment to investigate other possible vascular causes next month.
I would love to know if anyone who has poor circulation here has problems to the point of getting cyanosis and wounds to their extremities (for me it especially affects my feet even if I have extremely poor circulation in my hands).
