Acupuncture….. Some people say it sounds like relaxation
I did try it but it was more like a painful trip
I still remember the doctors, mopping up my blood after removing the needles :P

I had a talk with Chinese doctors who know a bit about MS. They told me that it would not stop the disease but it could help to improve my mobility. Also they said that the sooner I would do it, the bigger the benefits would be.

So…I decided to try.
I had two different kinds of sessions: one to repair the lesion in my spinal cord, one other to improve my ms symptoms.
After some sessions (1 every two days, during 5weeks) I could feel some improvements (increase of strength in left side which is my “affected side”) but no miracle happened here: I could not jump or run like a goat …even after a 5 weeks session.

The funny thing is: after 5weeks, my legs were “jumping” each time the needles were introduced. They (Chinese doctors) explained to me that there was nothing to worry about, it was very positive that I could feel the “flow of energy” in my legs.
“Positive” maybe, but “painful” for sure

I had much more positive results with Chinese medicine but that’s an other topic.
I remember SBR asked me some questions about that, but unfortunately, the medicines I am taking are typical Chinese herbs and even Chinese doctors were not able to translate the name of these herbs.
Coming back to the topic, I guess acupuncture is just a supplement

Well that’s just my personal experience with it…

Cheers

Good afternoon Taiwan!

I’ve been there several times for business purpose and I remember that the weather is warmer than where I am now (Jiangsu province, Suzhou city)
Hope you can keep up with the heat, cause now the weather is just terrible. (high temperature and very very very high humidity level)
I don’t know how long you have been there but, without wishing to scare you, next month will be much warmer than now :)

I could not copy paste the list of medicine, but don’t worry, I will scan them soon

Cheers

I have been here for over 20 years. I have been before to Mainland; few times; also for business (and for the MotoGP/F1 GPs).

Air conditioner is king in Taiwan; so I don't care much :)

Waiting for your list;

Thanks again!

Hi Algis,

First, I would like to reinforce one point: what I am going to say below is my own experience. I am not a doctor so I won’t claim this is the key to cure ms, even if that worked for me.

You’ve been in Taiwan for many years so I guess you know a little about how Asian doctors handle health issues.
They practice “preventive” medicine instead of “corrective” medicine
After taking your pulse, they can tell you where you have what they call “emptiness”
I had lack of energy or “emptiness” in my liver and also in my kidney.
They gave me some medicines to fix that issue. Giving you names of herbs for this event would be useless as it’s a specific treatment that answers my body’s issues.
I took these herbs for 4 months and I was glad to see that the evolution of my ppms stopped after a few weeks.
I decided to stop the treatment (based on doctor’s advices) but I wanted to continue to “fight” this CCSVI from my right jugular.

So they gave me an other treatment which has to improve the blood flow in my body.
I suck at IT, so I was not able to put the picture here-> pls sent me an email adress at "marc.971@voila.fr" so I can send you the scaned picture

Doctors told me that some herbs which were improving my blood flow were also in my previous treatment.
I saw some threads here where people were saying that although they had stent procedure, they had an issue with their blood flow.
Maybe they should look for some medicines which could stimulate this flow. The positive thing with these herbs is that they don’t bring bad secondary effects like aspirin or ibuprofen.

I am pretty confident about these herbs efficiency.
I was short of medicines last month.
As everything was fine at that time (no headaches, no pain, no fatigue, no ms evolution etc…), I didn’t get more herbs.
The following day, I was having optic neuritis (not as strong as before but, I could feel it was coming again). I immediately went to the hospital to make a “refill” and my headaches vanished.

Now, I keep taking these herbs. The benefits for me are huge: ms evolution stopped and I am recovering slowly but surely.
Again, I insist: this is my own experience & everyone is different…

Cheers
