Measles, B Cells and MS

Dear all,
This paper is really for the scientists among us (which I'm not). However, I sort of understand what it says - that anti-bodies to MS are increased in MS sufferers and the B cells play a part in progression of this disease. I have seen elsewhere that B cells (in addition to T cells) are being studied in terms of their role in MS and that some future treatments are targetted at B cells.
All the best
