High altitudes and MS? Good / Bad / Neither?

So I plan on doing a hike soon, Mt. Gorgonio, 3 days, my mother had asked me is high altitudes effect NS, I didn't think so but I thought I would ask just in case, lol anyone know of any altitude related MS facts? Thanks!

FACT: San Gorgonio Mountain, also known locally as Mount San Gorgonio, or Old Greyback, is the highest peak in Southern California at 11,503 feet (3,506 m).

Well, if you support the ccsvi theory, it is thought the high altitude would not be helpful to your MS. Lack of oxygen being one of the problems.

Hmm, I have yet to research that theory, ill do so today, thanks!
