Last year I had symptoms all summer until I got pregnant. The more pregnant I got, the more these symptoms died down. My baby is 6 months old now and these "attacks" have not yet returned. I had an MRI recently which came back clear.

My main symptoms were:
Numbness on head, neck, arms and torso (even in my mouth!)
Dizzyness.
White spots in vision.
Brain fog. - still have it from time to time but its slight.
tingling hands.
Both legs falling asleep at night.
Weakness in bowels and bladder muscles. -wasn't that bad.
Shaky legs.

Whats going on? Am I going crazy?

no not crazy...very lucky! lets hope it will never return.
Lesions can disspear if the body is able to heal itself. Maybe pregnancy gave it that opportunity.

Hey, have you tested for Lyme with a proper lyme literate doctor? Apparently Lyme disease can mimic MS very much...

No, you are perfectly OK. It is a known fact that MS patients who become pregnant, often have a reprieve from the disease during this time. Some researchers think that a female's hormones play some part in masking and/or preventing the MS symptoms.

But the stats also show that after the pregnancy, the chances of an exacerbation increase. Hopefully, in your case, this won't happen and you can enjoy your period of remission.
