First I would feel it in my toes and legs when I tilted my head down but now it's mostly in my arms. What is this? Brought it up to my neuro and she said what it was called but I can't remember but she didn't pay any attention to it but I would like to further research it because its getting worse, thanks!

Upon further research I found what I was looking for, "Lhermitte's Sign" is what it's called, looks like it's nothing serious.

Hi Matt,

Lhermitte's Sign is not too serious, but you are probably having a lesion of some sort in your spinal cord in the neck area. I would suggest talking to your neuro about it. They may want to order you an MRI and see what's going on.

Stay strong and remember that it will fade with time. Last time I had this, it went away in about 6 months.

I had this symptom too. Turns out I had a stenosis in both my left and right internal jugular veins. Tilting my head in certain ways further obstructed the blood flow from my brain. You need to get your internal jugular veins analysed and treated.
