Ok, I want to try the BBD, but heres the thing. I am a skinny guy, so I need to cosume at least 3000 calories a day to stay away from being "anorexic looking." Can anyone recommened me BBD recipes that I could use to hit 3000-3300 calories?

I plan to add almonds to each meal so 4 times a day. that adds up to about 680 calories. So i need 2400 more, i find it hard to fill that with just veggies fruits and meats. Any help is really appreciated. I read that rice and quinoa is ok also? I love japanese white rice so i was thinking of eating a couple of cups of that a day as well as salmon.

Don't you have to watch sat fat on the BBD/all the MS diets? And nuts and avacado's are high in sat fat/

Yes, typical "MS diets" urge a low-fat, no saturated fat, diet. However, nuts and avacados are high in fat, it is the "good-for-you" fats (your body needs some fat to survive), they are not high in saturated fats.

Saturated fats are found in meat and coconut oil. Very little if any in nuts and veggies.
