Lesions Disapeering

I have an MRI of my brain from 2007 and 2010. In those two MRI you can clearly see about 4 lesions. There was barely any change between 2007 and 2010. I got an MRI last week after 1 year of getting treatment. I did not start treatment in 2007 because I was misdiagnosed.
I can spot just 1 lesions and its very faint. Is this normal? I thought they would always show up. The lesions on my neck and thoracic spine are still very visible.

Yes, it's normal for lesions to come and go. There are several lesion threads on page one of the forum right now, and one of them, where someone asked about a "Rapidly Formed Brain Lesion," is especially informative, with lots of good general lesion info in it:
