Oxybutynin question for users

After trying Solifenacin Succinate for 2 months at maximum dose for nocturia (overactive bladder at night) with no success, my GP has changed me to oxybutynin.
I notice some crazy side effects listed on the patient information sheet; hopefully I will not get many, but the 'heatstroke' risk one stood out for me. For those of you who exercise hard, and also use oxybutynin, how do you manage that? I use the gym once a week, twice on a good week, and I work up a sweat. I have read you need to stay hydrated and cool - my gym has air con - but what danger signs do I need to look out for?
Also, what to oxybutynin users do in very hot weather?
