Neuroprotective drugs. Any in use or in the pipeline?

Hello, just asking. Do you know what is the situation regarding meds intended for neuroprotection? Are there any drugs of this kind on the market yet, for ms or for other neurological illnesses? Or are there drug trials going on or planned?
