BG-12 and Revimmune - What gives?

I need a little clarification from the group about the upcoming changes of the MS drugs scene. BG-12 and Revimmune are set to go to market within the next 6 months or so, but TIMS isnt really tracking it.

1) There are hundreds of folks out there that have been in trials for BG-12 and I havent really seen any personal stories of the drug. The neuros are salivating at the mouth to get their hands on the drug.

2) The Revimmune board is all but dead even though this is holds the greatest promise for eradicating MS in 90% of pwms (until stem cells are commercialized down the road).

What gives?

(are we too busy putting all our eggs in CCSVI theory?)

^^The neuros feel that BG-12 will be available early 2012 (ph III results due within two weeks or so) and revimmune should have FDA approval for MS by year end.
