Anyone know how to read spinal MRIs

I have a doctors appointment the first to review my spinal (Cervial and Thorassic) MRIs and see if I need to move to a more aggressive control scheme. (best working I could come up with)
anyone here have any tips for reading spinal, in what I know how to read on these I can see that I have a new Legion on/in my cerebellum but I don't really know what I'm looking for in the spine.
I've managed to puzzle together the brain stuff, seemingly adequately (I was able to accurately predict my doctors last brain MRI reading) so I feel like if someone could just tell me what I'm looking for I could get it.
Whatevs, you know how it is, trying to read the MRIs so I feel less suspense. thanks for your time.
