Hi Linda,

Last winter the high point of my day was when my husband massaged my cramped right foot- my bad side. I could walk only 5 feet without aid. Now, after 15 months af antibiotics, my foot no longer hurts and can be wiggled into my shoe while standing, I no longer need support of ANY king, and my energy lasts all day- NO naps. Have you been to CPn Help?

Hi Linda,

I have had the pins, needles & numbness, first in one hand and then a year later in the other. To me it was more annoying than anything and after 6 months give or take it went away.

My pins, needles & numbness were a little weird though, affecting my middle, ring and pinky fingers, up and along my outer hand, arm and elbow. The rest of the hand and arm were normal. Same on the other side.

Feel better,

Pins and needles in my feet, across my chest and on my hands are the first symptoms I can remember.

The chest cleared up by itself, and since changing my regimens, the only pins and needles I have left are in the soles of my feet. I am on Statins, ABX & LDN.

Yes, I get burning sensations as well. They're usually in my foot. However, I've found that the more tired and/or stressed that I am, the worse they get. They'll start going up the back of my leg with a patch here and there. Moreover, numbness and burning sensations were the first symptom I experienced 8 years before I was diagnosed. Then, they started in my shoulder and went down my arm into my thumb and forefinger. I even saw a neurologist at that time but he didn't figure it out, just charged me lots of money for talking to him for 20-30 minutes.
