MS likely?

Hello all.
I've been having this "sensation" of a rapid muscle twitch on my left upper arm, lower left leg and left side of my face. (internal tremor) I cant visually see the twitching, only feel it. The weird thing is, I only notice it when i'm relaxed or sleeping (the sensation wakes me up or notice it right when i get up). Its been going on for about 2 weeks now. But about a year ago, i had the same symptoms that lasted about 2 months then went away until now. I had an MRI, EEG and blood work done last year which came back normal. My neurologist told me it was just stress and anxiety and that i should just take it easy. I bluntly asked him if it could be MS or PD and he said "highly unlikely". That was then, during my first episode. What worries me is that my symptom came back (remission/relapse?) I'll probably make an appointment but wanted to get some opinions/similar experiences on the matter. Thanks and happy holidays!
