Here is a paper just published in Phlebology and Phlebology-Online by the Australian Phlebologist, Paul Thibault, who started off treating ccsvi for people with MS but then realised that There was more to MS since most people relapsed very quickly:
http://www.cosmeticcentre.com.au/client ... 043332.pdf. He now treats MS people who are shown to have ccsvi with antibiotics from Charles Stratton from Vanderbilt University's Combined Antibiotic Protocol and is having very good results.

Well, before anyone says anything, I rarely look on the ccsvi forum!

He was actually the referring specialist for my first CCSVI procedure. I went back for a check-up with him after my second procedure, and he commented then that his belief was in the combination / infective agent as a cause of the venous issues, leading to MS. Maybe I should finally set up my next appointment that I have been planning on for a while now... At the ladt visit, I informed him I had been through 12 months of combination antibiotics.

Just for the record, he doesn't actually "treat" CCSVI himself, but refers patients to a local sonographer (who worked in his clinic for a short time), diagnoses and then refers patients to vascular treatment in hospital by another physician. You are right, Cure, he is a physician, like David, not a surgeon, so he doesn't actually do the operation. Now get your next appointment made!

I would just like to say here that the openness in your country which allows open access to such papers as soon as they are published is something needed elsewhere.

Or we just have more magazines than doctors.

I know he was on TV: I saw him on ABC on-line!

I wouldn't know about your ratio of magazines to doctors but "Phlebology" is a peer reviewed medical journal: to read those here we have to pay for the privilege. Some of David's old papers can now be accessed on-line, but only after lots of years since they mostly date from before I knew him.
