Lhermitte's...does it mean progression?

Hey, all. I'm fairly new to MS and to this forum. I was diagnosed in October after having several sensory issues (numbness, tingling in my left hand and arm), severe MS hug, and severe burning (like the worst sunburn ever) on my right leg.

Those symptoms have pretty much resolved, but for the past week I've been experiencing what Google tells me is likely Lhermitte's Sign? I get a shock down my right arm and into my hand when I bend my head forward.

Could this just still be from the lesion I already have? Or does it mean that I am having some disease progression?

Oh, and I've been on Copaxone since October. I hate it, but I inject like a champ. Every. Single. Day.

I have experienced Lhermitte's sign many times. After I had an MRI done, it was found that I had a lesion in my neck.

My neuro told me that by me having the shock feeling means that it meant my relapse would get better and it is a sign of healing. I had never heard of that before. Has anyone else heard of such a thing? I have the shocks go down my neck to my legs. It will last anywhere from a couple of days to a few months. It seems as soon as it starts, it will stop.

as far as i know LS is a clinical sign of an active lesion. i had it when i was dxd, but haven't experienced a hint of it in years now. i never have heard LS was a sign of healing...
