Bad habits/ worse kind of diseases

does anyone know if having bad habits( poor diets, lack if vitamins, etc) before the diagnostic of ms increases the chances of having a worse kind of disease(PPMS, PRMS or even marburg)
thanks for the attention, i've got family cases and i'm trying my best to prevent it
