Hormones and myelin

Sharon,
This is my be nice to Sharon week. Another article on hormones.
My advice for men on how to avoid MS - avoid EBV; don't use sunscreen; don't drink from aluminium cans; up your testosterone levels. Not sure how you achieve the last one.

Sharon the article has a good link to all the sex hormone research.
You might remember my bald men don't get MS theory (on the basis that excess testosterone usually causes hair loss in men) and that Raven and I still have full heads of hair. This theory was shot down by balding Terry.
My next theory - womanisers / men with high sex drives (I'm assuming such men have high testosterone levels) don't get MS. Researchers could interview all the men coming out of lap-dancing clubs or sex shops. It might sound mad but there's bound to be some researcher funded by the NMSS doing just this. My evidence - Henry VIII (six wives) didn't get MS, nor did Bill Clinton.
Ian
PS I better add - my advice is not medical advice, consult you doctor etc.
