Paleo Diet & MS etiology

I posted this link in the diet section too, but there may be some points in the second half of the video regarding etiology that others may find interesting. There is always more action here than in the diet section and I wouldn't mind a comment or two on his hypothesis'
It is Loren Cordain on Paleo & MS - sponsored by Direct MS, he also mentions a non controlled trial run with 4 individuals towards the end and all seemed to show improvements, could probably get some more details from Direct MS.
