Can anyone tell me what happened to me

I know no one can be for sure but some insight sure would be helpful.

Today was my typical day work, gym, clean. Around 6:30 I decided to take a shower right before I did I was hanging up my shower curtain which kill my arms and makes them tired from all the hooks that need to be done. Once I finished that I hopped in the shower and about 1min in I was shampooing my hair and my face ( right side) right below my eye, my cheek and ear got a fuzzy feeling and felt numb. I panicked jumped out and got a towel and rubbed my face hard and it disappeared. This feeling didnt last for more then 1min and I was ready to run to the hospital. Could this be a possible strain from my arms from putting up the shower curtain? Were nerves were irritated and it went to my face? Or does this sound like something more serious to anyone???

I'm a complete worry wort but this feeling was there and it was scary. Anybody have any insight? Is this a sign of ms or a nerve disease?

Thanks if anyone reads this!

Sarah-jean, you can be sure that many of us have read your post. You must also know that we cannot explain what happened to you. As you say, it could have been due to the strain of putting up the shower curtain. You know your body best; if you are worried or think there is a continuing problem, you should see your GP or family doctor. All the best to you.

Thank you for the reply. I know no one can tell me and diagnose what it was, i was curious for opinions. It hasn't happened since so I'm not sure what to think. While I am a little paranoid I'm going to wait it out before I investigate. Hopefully it was just a freak thing.
Again, than you.

On this web site, I think a lot of people are gun shy to post opinions without references to peer-reviewed articles.

If it only happened once, I would personally virtually forget about it. By the sounds, you know exactly what to think

Its understandable considering what we have been diagnosed with.
