Using helminths (hookworms) to treat MS and other disorders

I recently signed up on this forum, mainly because I have been able to put my MS in remission using a combination of diet changes, stress reduction, and and overall improvement in my quality of life, which based on my personal experience are some of the major issues causing/contributing to MS, and I wanted to share my success story, along with what I've tried along the way that worked or didn't. I also cured my IBS (which I've had for several years) using a protocol I developed after gathering info from lots of different resources.

I'm posting this topic because my husband (who is diagnosed with a different autoimmune disorder) is considering trying helminth therapy. We've disovered that his condition, a type of arthritis, is not very dependent on his diet, but is greatly affected by stress, which he is in the process of improving his reaction to. In the meantime, we figured helminth therapy might be the ticket...

Since I am currently not symptomatic, I am less inclined to pay for the therapy, even though I would love to try it myself (but it's pretty expensive). We've been doing a ton of research on it, and surprisingly it has proven the most beneficial for folks with MS (among other autoimmune disorders). I believe there are currently a few clinical trials using helminths on MS patients.

I'm wondering if anyone on this forum has had any experience with this?

Below are some awesome websites we've come across in our research that are worth reading if you don't know much about helminth therapy:

I am. Started January 2011 and so far so good. There are two threads running in regimens. There are at least 3 of us here who are trialling Helminthic therapy

Yes, me too. My first dose was in spring 2011, and I have increased the numbers since then to around 200.
So far so good

Family Elder and Erimus, you mentioned you were doing well so far, would you be willing to share more details of exactly what issues have improved or not? While my husband would be interested in them for his autoimmune arthritis, I'm thinking about using them to improve my fatigue, which is the only issue I'm currently dealing with. Maybe hearing what changes you've experienced would help us in making our decision to go full throttle with this or not.

Thanks!
