I used OPC-3 for a couple years, but saw no benefit with it and discontinued it long ago.

I've used OPC3 for five years after the treatements were making me sick. Cheryl Kugler told me that she was blind for a year until she tried this. You MUST have an empty stomach with this, or you won't feel the effects. Have adjusted to this routine. This has made me fat and happy! buy market america from Cheryl Kugler, AR

I started using OPC-3 in 2001 I have RRMS and at the time flare ups were frequent. Thankfully it was not progressing. My Nuro told me I could stay the way I was for 10 years before getting worse- intermittent loss of use of left side of body - arm and leg, fatigue that ably allowed cumulative 6 hrs a day of functioning I was 30 at initial dx and 34 when I was this bad with 6 yr old twins and new baby. The twins had to learn to carry baby, change diapers, laundry....
The depression, the pain,....
The side effects of the meds were worse then my symptoms and my neuro recommended I research alternative therapies.

Within 6 months of using OPC at 6 doses a day We noticed I was walking more steadily and had a chunk of 6 hours a day functioning. I was on disability.
I learned about bioavailability and that isotonic nutrients are absorbed 95% and detectable in blood stream in 15 minutes. The ISOTONIX brand neutraceuticals were as effective as IV nutrients.
By 2005 I was volunteering at church, and started bike riding. I added B complexes, Vit D3 w K2, Orac and Resveratrol as well as Isotonix Multi.
By 2012 I have enough functionality to work Part Time and bike 20 miles, roller skate, ice skate and walk distances. Fatigue is an issue but not like before, and stress still can create havoc but I am alive and functioning- on No meds for MS, No more meds for allergies/asthma (except Zyrtec) and no more mood stabilizing drugs.

I am now through the Ticket to Work Program looking for full-time employment.

My neuro has watched my progress- I have had zero new lesions and he is amazed telling me not to stop anything.

You must take proper dose (maintenance dose for a healthy person will not provide results- loading dose doubled for the first month and then back off one serving until you find where you notice a decline in feeling good- the higher dose is your maintenance dose. After 3 months my maintenance dose was 3 servings) and you must give it 6 months to help your body repair. Inflammation is what the OPCs target. For some the improvement is so gradual you don't notice it until you stop taking it. It is completely out of your system in 3 days.

After 4 days of not taking it (6 months of taking it) the tingling came back and after a week the fatigue- then I realized being able to function was priceless compared to the cost of going through a 3 month supply In 2 weeks because of needing to take 6 doses a day.

Like my Drs say- it can't hurt you but it can't help you if you don't try.
