Intention tremor question....

Hey, I posed a few days ago about cogwheel retention, well, I'm wondering if this new thing that's goings is actually an intention tremor....
I've got a new thing, it's in my wrist, if I pivot my wrist down, it tremors or "klunks", not so much if I move up, it also happened turning my wrist from side it side, I think it's happening in my whole arm a bit actually... It's most noticeable if I'm reaching for something or picking something up, or what not, which makes me think of an intention tremor... I don't have it in my fingers much...
For anyone that has an intention tremor, Does this sound like any of you intention tremors? Or maybe even a form of spasticty?

(Working on seeing a ms specialist soon, but just trying to get a few ideas on this new one.)
