Can you recommend DR in San Francisco??

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone in SF (or area) could recommend a general physician or neuro or clinic with whom they've had good experience and communication. I moved down here, I seem to be doing worse, I'd like to discuss treatment options. I realize its asking the impossible, but maybe someone who can discuss if not alternatives to CRABS then at least complements to CRABs (like, copaxone + minocycline, or copaxone + LDN). Worth a try at least!!
Thanks for anything you can provide.

Check out the MS center at UCSF... they are normally involved in numerous clinical trials for MS therapies, so they have at least an exposure to non-CRAB thinking.

Good advice Arron.

Claude Genain is funded (for some of his work) by the Cure MS Now charity (check their website) and is looking at Rituximab and nerve growth factors. Dr Zamvil (can't any of these docs be Dr Smith or Dr Jones?) is doing lots on statins.

Let us know how you get on.

All the best

Thanks Aaron/Ian, its much appreciated. I've just made an appointment with a GP in SF, I'm assuming thats the first step to try to get a referral to UCSF clinic (also will be my my first experience with US health care!! i've got an HMO!! it came with a doctors name and phone number already selected for me and typed onto my wallet card!!) (okay, maybe this only seems unusual if you're from canada)
