Anyone speak radiologist?

I picked up my neck and spine MRI results today. I switched neurologists and hospital systems so I have to hand deliver the results and my appt. is still three weeks off.
While I consider myself to be a fairly well educated and intelligent human being, I still don't understand about half the words below. Other than "she has MS" is there anything interesting in here?
``MRI Spine Cerv/Thor w/ + w/o Contrast` `HISTORY: MS ` `Multiplanar multisequence imaging of the cervical and thoracic spine was`performed prior to and following administration of 10 ml of Gadavist.`Comparison is made to prior study of the brain from March 8.` `Normal vertebral body height is preserved. There is loss of disc height with`mild retrolisthesis at C5-C6. There is mild loss of height and degenerative`endplate change in the midthoracic spine, most pronounced at T7-T8.` `A moderate-sized plaque is seen posteriorly at C4. There is equivocal plaque`in the thoracic cord at T6-T7, not well appreciated on axial images. No`abnormal enhancement although there is a mildly prominent enhancement along`the lower thoracic cord which appears to represent vasculature.` `At C2-C3 and C3-C4, the central canal and neural foramina are patent.` `At C4-C5, posterior disc and spur minimally impress on the ventral thecal sac.`The central canal and neural foramina are patent.` `At C5-C6, there is mild disc bulge with a small left paracentral protrusion`effacing the ventral thecal sac. Posterior CSF space is preserved.`Uncovertebral hypertrophy contributes to moderate right and mild left neural`foraminal narrowing.` `At C6-C7, there is mild left uncovertebral spurring versus a small protrusion.`The central canal and neural foramina are patent. ` `At C7-T1, the central canal and neural foramina are patent.` `At T7-T8, there is a small central disc protrusion associated with an annular`fissure. The central canal and neural foramina are patent throughout the`thoracic spine and no other thoracic herniation is seen.` `IMPRESSION:` `1. A moderate-sized demyelinating plaque is seen at C4, with an additional`equivocal plaque at T6-T7. No associated enhancement is seen to indicate`active demyelination.` `2. Mild degenerative change in the cervical and thoracic spine as described.`
Thanks!
