It's not so bad. Let's see: that's the month you came into this world and when flowers bloom. How can it be the worst? Sounds pretty good to me.

Hi erinc, I'm May, too, but my daughter, who we fear also has MS, was born in December. I remember being tormented by the sun and heat that summer, so I stayed indoors a lot and thought the gigantic vitamin pill my ob-gyn doctor prescribed would be enough to cover all bases--seems I was wrong. :(

Was there a change in geography, Northern to Southern Hemisphere, the months would be shifted by 6 months if that were the case.

Annette Funicello was born the end of October. In New York.

I don't think the month she was born mattered to her.

Hi CaveMan,
No, no change in geography. I think I didn't stay outside in the sun enough that summer I was pregnant with her. I wasn't yet diagnosed, but I sure was having lots of trouble with heat intolerance, among other neuro symptoms.

I wonder if it was an especially hot or humid summer which might have kept your mother indoors out of the sun the year you were born? Or if she had an illness or an injury which kept her indoors? Or if she suffered from heat intolerance which kept her indoors?

I was born in November. There are pictures of my mother, pregnant with me, camping out in the blazing sun.
