I've tried alot of these diets, including anti-yeast diets.
Most of them killed me.
If you cut out sweets & carbs, you're also cutting out calming/balming factors which also avoid constipation.
olive oil causes me throat irritation & migraines, whereas yellow oils do not.
That tells me that it must have irritating arginine.
Many fresh fruit are high in arginine that's irritating, and require balancing by taking them with yogurt. The latter is both lysine & probiotic - thus a double-whammy of goodness. Also kefir is calming. Nuts & seeds are high in arginine, so require balancing with some caloric sweetener at risk of triggering my virals & inflammations. Fish often takes a toll on my kidneys, requiring me to take lots of cherry juice to repair kidney inflammation. Whole grains also are high arginine, requiring balancing with lite lysine.
Finally, I was never a smoker nor alcoholic (always hated the stuff).
...BUT
I was PROLONGEDLY exposed to factors
just as bad for decades:
Namely:
- Bright fluresent computer CRTs & LCDs which the Samsung criminals made not easily dimmable. (LEDs are as bad)
- High GHz computer processors
I'm convinced it's the latter which is responsible for many cases of MS and multitudes of other LIEbelled conditions (even though the patients involved may not realize it, similar to Helen Keller prior to her Epiphany. I myself was oblivious for decades, until my own epiphany. Why? Because the criminals of the system are keeping the knowledge deliberately suppressed.
