Similar situation has happened in the Middle East after the arrival of North American fast food. I also doubt that a lack of Vitamin D would have anything to do with an increase in a place such as India.

Long time poor diet has been mentioned as a possible pre-cursor to MS. Makes you wonder.

If you'd bother to read the experiences of Electrosensitives in the Black On White PDF, as well as the books Invisible Disease, Cross Currents & more, you may begin to realize the connection between EMFs, Electrosensitives, MS, FMS, CFIDS yada yada.

Did you bother to check out whether the affected patients in India had extremely high exposure to computers & cellphones, while working in air-conditioned settings under bright fluresent lites, AND viewing ULTRA-Bright Fluresent Screens for cumulative years? (btw, no difference whether LCD, or LED or CRT, since Light is EMF)

(2) Prof. Prasad, if you'd bother to THINK WITH SIMPLE COMMON SENSE - you'd note, the way Vesta did, and the way I did, THAT WOMEN ARE BUILT SMALLER, WITH NARROWER VESSELS, MAKING US STRUCTURALLY DIFFERENT THAN MEN!! Why else would Vesta, Myself & some electrosensitives have found we feel better in warmer climates? Warm climes EXPAND vessels!
Why else does flashing work well for us? (someone coined the term "flashing" for switching between warmWater therapy & coolWater therapy I.E. warm/cool/warm/cool/sequence.

Absolutely a possibility. We know that some researchers believe that MS is associated with circulatory problems for many years which later manifest themselves into causing the inflammation which triggers the immune response. So far, though, all theories that nobody has been able to prove.

So since the consensus on this thread appears to be pollution (as the conventional world defines it) as a primary concern, may I recommend the purchase of a 4ghz (or even a 2ghz) CPU, combine that with a Large 22" LED monitor turned to its Max brightness of 200 lumen.

Then keep them both turned on right next to your bed for ...pleasant dreams, night after night


After all, they're both lily white (according to official hype) are they not?
But here's something to think about:
Even the term "lily white" is hype, since lilies are toxic to cats & allergenic to humans.

I would suggest the causes are multiple and hazard a guess at the following;

Increased availability of sanitary coveniences reducing prevalence of parasites like hookworm

Increased treatment of hookworm in children

Reduced UV exposure as more children in school / industrialisation brings more adults into indoor environments. A point to bear in mind here is that dark skin is nowhere near as efficeint at synthesising D3 as white skin therefore your typical indian needs much longer sun exposure than a white person.

Massive increase in air pollution including exposure to mercury from mass coal burn.

Increase in consumption of aspartame containing diet foods

There are many different theories as to the cause of MS. The big problem is that nobody has been able to prove ANY of them. And until that is done, there isn't much hope in trying to find anyting resembling a cure.

Hookworm therapy
Supplement plan
Anti inflammatory diet
Sunbathing
Elimination of artifical sweeteners in diet
Removal of mercury amalgam fillings
Avoid air pollution.

2.5 years done the line Im virtually symptom free except for the occasional tingle in the extremities.

In my case I initially tried Interferon which half killed me although to be fair I didnt have any further relapses.

As an alternative to conventional treatment I have undertaken the following;

Hookworm therapy
Supplement plan
Anti inflammatory diet
Sunbathing
Elimination of artifical sweeteners in diet
Removal of mercury amalgam fillings
Avoid air pollution.

Glad to hear that you are doing relatively well. It would be interesting to really know if any one of those alternative treatments had a major effect on the MS, a combination of them did the trick or was it the natural remission of the disease that has kept you almost symptom free.

My wife used Prokarin for 7 years and that helped a lot. But eventually the MS progressed, she got Pancreatitis and then passed away from that.
