MSFC (and analogues)

I am looking for and objective test of neurological function, preferably one that can be self administered.
I am trying to evaluate the impact of my regimen of diet, supplements, exercise, that I have added to copaxone. I feel it is helping, could be wishful thinking though.
I read the multiple sclerosis composite function instructions for test administrators. I get the basic idea. I am wondering if I can create a personalized MSFC analogue (25 foot 1 foot hop each foot in lieu of walk, some peg like dexterity test that doesn't require ordering specialized equipment, some random test of mental clarity).
Anyone do anything like this?
