New diagnose

My second visit to neuro with tingling and burning legs was last Wednesday. My first visit to him was last year in August with same complaint. I am 58 years old with a history of a falcine meningioma which has been followed over the last 10 years with 3 MRI's, the last one being in 2009 which mentioned nothing abnormal other than the small meningioma which has not changed in size. The neuro still says I do not have MS but he's just basing it on a physical exam and no other current testing. Does this seem reasonable? My legs have felt like everyone on this sight has described. And it concerns me that he is not correct in his dx.

Any thoughts?
