Thyroid antibodies pre ms diagnosis now gone

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone else got diagnosed with hashimotos due to thyroid antibodies that when they got diagnosed with ms they disappeared???
I had high antibodies back in 2007 with negative ANA
Now I have no thyroid antibodies and high ANA and much more of an active disease.
I wonder if my immune system was better focused on my thyroid
