Short answer is: Yes, I do have lesions, black holes, oligoclonal bands. Also Dawson's Fingers, positive VEP/SSEPs and whatever else they look for in spinal fluid. My first MRI (without contrast) showed a brainful of MS-specific lesions in all the right places, including the brainstem. I've posted about this a number of times, including MRI shots.

I was diagnosed by a physiatrist/rehab doctor who found a few clues in a basic neuro exam (without a list of symptoms from me) and sent me for brain/c-spine MRIs. I felt so healthy at the time, though, I didn't even ask him what he was examining my brain for.

I've never taken meds for MS except 1 yr experiment on LDN.

That alone was probably a good treatment as it has the angiogenetic property. This can be a bad thing if somehow it affects precancerous tissue, but there seems to be an inverse proportionality between cancer and MS, for some reason, in a lot of people.

Anyway the angiogenesis might help increase blood flow/heat control and could have prevented these later-onset heat problems a lot of us progressives seem to have.

Sadly, after entering the year's experiment in great shape, I ended up using a cane by about halfway through that year on LDN...
