back muscle pains...how do i know if they are MS related?

Since being diagnosed with CiS rrms back in may this year I have been far more active exercise wise (swimming once or twice a week, running once a week, biking once a week, machine Pilates twice a week).

I get muscle pains soemtimeas (frequency is less than once a month) and so far have always thought them related to on one ocassion bad sleep posture (neck pain for a few days after) and currently due to some new Pilate's stretches this week (causing I think pain in my mid left section of the back).

The problem is I read others have back pains as a result of their MS. Any hints how to discern between ms related pains and exercise related pains?

Thanks all.

I should also add that Im taking LDN. Maybe the muscle pains are more LDN related?

Im seeing my physio tomorrow. A quick evaluation at another clinic I was at today (which is trying to help me with the Bobath rehab system for my drop foot, that only shows itself after 30mins run, or almost an hour of intensive walking), allowed them to "feel" that I didn indeed have a "knot" causing the pain stiffness. I also did a new pilates stretch the day before the pain started...

Maybe its nothing, maybe its the MS, or maybe its the Scoliosis? Who knows...

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

THanks
