Severe Fatigue and Pains

Hi All, when taking steroids did everyone feel like they were completely out of it. all muscles feel like lead , really bad pains in my shoulders neck and head and soo tired..I thought steroids were supposed to make you feel better or is it a case of feel worse first then better? I am just finished a 7 day dose and have started on a new 12 day dose of pren. This is just the pits.
