Status of nutrition education in medical schools.

On average, students received 23.9 contact hours of nutrition instruction during medical school (range: 2-70 h).

No wonder my doctor didn't want to talk about nutrients. At least she was frank with me about her not knowing about them.

It's sad, isn't it? I bet there are a whole lot of people with nutrient related neuro issues that are being improperly treated. Here's to self-education and advocacy!! (And Jimmylegs)

Ya know...I bet if there were an app for this, doctors might become a bit more proactive with the nutrient levels. Heck, I'd use an app...Jimmylegs could source everything...I know there are techie folks on here...
