If the drugs are making you feel bad stop taking them. Stop believing the doctor when he says you have to do the drugs. It is a lie. There is evidence showing the drugs do not work. If you want to try and figure out what supplements you need, OK. In the mean time start eating more fruits and vegetables which is the real vitamins and minerals.

I want to stop , but I don't want it to come back. Tonight is my next shot. I get depress afterwards just thinking about the pain that's going to come tomorrow morning.

I keep to a strict diet and take loads of supplements I still get ms symptoms ... Hi Jimmyslegs, I'm on the Best Bet diet, no dairy, sugar, legumes, gluton, I keep my fat intake down below 15grams a day eat oily fish 3 times a week, the supplements are vit c 3000mg,msm 1000mg,starflower oil 1000mg,turmeric10,000mg,ginko 6000mg,vit B-50 complex, mega mineral complex, vit D1000iuI ,L-lysine 500mg thats all I afford to take! I didn't know about vit E and K with vit d also I don't think I take enough vit d do you take vit d and how much? where do you buy it from, the company I buy my supplements from only do up to 1OOO.
hi sue, the main thing that is jumping out at me on a first look at the mega mineral complex, is the high calcium to magnesium ratio (not to mention the less than optimal form of magnesium used):
http://www.lambertshealthcare.co.uk/meg ... lex-p8204/
Calcium (as carbonate) 1000mg Magnesium (as Oxide) 400mg

can you describe the ms symptoms you're still dealing with in spite of your supplement regimen?
