Ok here is what I am thinking at this point:

ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Complexhttp://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson- ... csp=SWU244 has an array of 72 minerals in it that are from the harvest of salt from the Great Salt Lake in Utah. Many are minerals are essential for human health. However some of the minerals such as cadmium are toxic. The levels of the toxic metals are well within the "safe" range according to the EPA, I believe. I don't think I want to purposely take in any thing that has toxins in it, even if they are natural and in "safe" amounts.

Albion Chelated Multi-Mineral without Iron, has specifically chosen minerals in it, not everything (mineral wise) that comes from the salt of a lake. The minerals in this product are put there specifically by the manufacturer. Albion products are know to be of high quality and their chelated minerals are top notch as far as I have been able to tell.

Now my question is:
When plants take up minerals, some healthful and some toxic, from the ground or lake or sea, how do they deal with the toxic ones :?:
