ok chicken and turkey are good :) weekly servings of high quality red meat (even venison if you can get some), cold water fatty fish like salmon, and shellfish as mentioned above would all be good to have in the routine.

sweet potato and brown rice will be great things to have in the routine. so weird about the wild rice. i'd be interested to see if you'd have the same reaction after optimizing your zinc status. and, the zinc supplement sounds perfect. one of those per day for a couple months should make a huge difference. if you can implement dietary changes in the meantime, then you should be able to hold your own after (assuming you won't have too much gluten, dairy, phytates, sugars, and so on!)

as for calcium, taking magnesium will help you absorb calcium from food better. personally i found that once i had the right amount of magnesium in my regimen, that i couldn't even handle calcium supplements. they would make my back ache which i imagined could be my kidneys complaining.
that said, if you do still want to take calcium, by all means take it before breakfast and you can take zinc and the multi after. if you stick with calcium at lunch time, you can take turns putting the calcium in before lunch and the mag d3 after, or the mag before and the d3 and cal after. it's manageable :)
