Opinion Health is an independent healthcare research agency based in London, UK. We are currently conducting a new research project in the United States on multiple sclerosis, and would like to invite individuals diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS, secondary-progressive MS, or progressive relapsing MS to complete a 20-minute online survey. Each participant who successfully complete the survey will receive $10 when the study is closed.
The aim of this research is to learn more about your experience of living with multiple sclerosis and is not promotional in any way.
