Question about possible tremors

I'm a fairly new diagnosis and wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I'm not sure if it would be considered a tremor. Best way to describe it---sort of like a grand version of what most people consider a "chill". It tends to happen mostly when I am sitting and leaning my head or neck back. I feel a slow sinking feeling, kind of like an elevator or slow roller coaster. It builds in intensity and then I feel a strong vibration in my chest and my upper body shakes pretty strong for a second or two. Sometimes comes in waves of 3 or so. I recently finished my first cycle of SoluMedrol and follow up Prednisone and I am wondering if it could be a reaction although I finished the prednisone taper several days ago and am still getting these. Any help of info would be greatly appreciated.

i am sorry havent been on in a few...i have them on my right side from my arm hand and leg off and on..have them often..have woken up at nite having them and when i am driving i have them also well come to think about it have been having whenever they feel like coming on...have just started seeing a new neur dr so will see what he has to say first appointment was last week and he is looking over my stuff...says i am a very interesting case and thinks he will find what it is and make sure to start treating it...so we will see..but i know the feeling you have there with the tremors..

From what I've read it sounds as if it's almost obviously L'Hermittes's Sign.

These sensations are known as paraesthesia and include tingling, buzzing, electrical shocks, partial numbness and sharp pains. In MS, L'Hermitte's is an indicator of lesions in the cervical spine (the part of spine in the neck). Movement of the neck causes the damaged nerves (the demyelinated neurons) to be stretched and send erroneous signals. The symptoms can occur anywhere below the neck and many people with MS find that it moves around their body from one day to the next.

if it's l'hermitte's it's nothing like mine! the only parallel i can draw is that yours is associated with positioning of your neck. but i understood it to be related to dropping the head to the front. maybe it's just mine? i get it when i bend my head forward, and i feel instant repercussions elsewhere in my body. a kind of electricky tingle. usually in the pelvic region, kind of internal, or on the skin of my back, but sometimes higher up on the skin in the middle of my back.
i don't get anything i'd call tremors. the only random building thing i get is the jimmylegs. they have been doing it the last couple days. i feel a building tension and then a leg jumps. kind of like a buildup to a sneeze. i associate it with what should have been an itch. i usually sort of feel the itch too. my understanding is - the signal doesn't make the right trip up the spinal cord to the brain so there is an alternate local reaction.

For me, the sensation seems to start in the pit of the stomach accompanied by a dropping down sensation...like the old elevator keeps moving feeling.Then I get a a shivering type of feeling running up my chest and it culminates with a quick "shiver" or shake in my head and shoulders. Then I feel wiped out for a few minutes.
One of the first signs I had for a while before diagnosis was everytime I would sit or lie down with my head lower than my shoulders I would get dizzy and almost a panic attack sensation that I couldnt breathe. Happened in bed without enough pillows , in dentist or barber chair etc. This seems to be the next step in this sensation.
As always...great to know we're not alone
