Stratifying. Wonderful. When they have a biomarker more accurate than any other, which is apparent if not before, from the earliest evidence of anything leading to MS. The biomarker of all MS disease, atrophy of the brain. My corpus colossum was atrophic in my earliest MRIs, a year or more before diagnosis. How good a biomarker do they want? Or perhaps they want one that doesn't require that you turn on a switch. Yes, I'm sure that's it.

Honestly this news from the medical front lines is getting more and more insulting. What a colossal waste of money there must be when studies like these are so often approved, and science marches on, lost behind enemy lines.
