Ankle hyper perfusion and hyperaemia?

Hey guys

In my NHS journey to find out what's up with my right big toe they identified I have LEFT ankle hyper perfusion and hyperaemia. Sadly they didn't tell me at the consultation but in a letter to my doc which I was copied in on.

I have no idea what this is. I can't see anything relating to MS and this on google. I know my left calf has a redness and I had some veins removed years ago as they were developing into varicose veins around my ankle.

Also my toe, they have no idea what caused the fluid on the joint.

Are these related to MS? Has anyone else had these?

I feel like MS is a useful excuse for stopping investigations. :(
